Parcelry / Wholesale
Wholesale & recurring supplyFor subscription boxes, scaled DTC brands, 3PLs and distributors ordering 576 rolls and up. One approved design, produced to a schedule you agree in advance, reordered without starting from zero.
Wholesale makes sense once a single production run covers a real stretch of your shipping, rather than sitting in a stockroom for years.
Every box goes out the same week, in the same carton, to people who film the unboxing. The tape is on camera in all of it.
You already invested in the box and the insert. Plain tape is the one piece of the package still carrying someone else's nothing.
One supplier relationship, separate artwork per client brand, and replenishment you can schedule instead of chase.
How much tape you actually use
| You ship | Rolls/mo | Rolls/yr | Fits a run? |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 boxes/mo | 9 | ~110 | Order online instead |
| 5,000 boxes/mo | 45 | ~545 | Yes |
| 10,000 boxes/mo | 91 | ~1,090 | Ideal |
| 25,000 boxes/mo | 227 | ~2,730 | Ideal |
| 50,000 boxes/mo | 455 | ~5,450 | Yes |
Based on a 110 yd roll sealing roughly 110 boxes, at two strips a box. Shipping under about 5,000 boxes a month? The standard 36 to 216 roll tiers will serve you better, and you can move up whenever you outgrow them.
Wholesale pricing starts well below our published tiers and keeps falling with volume. A 576-roll program prices very differently from a 2,500-roll one, so we quote yours against your real volume, roll length, color count and destination rather than publish an average that fits nobody.
Approve the artwork once, keep the production details on file, produce to an agreed schedule, and reorder without redoing any of it.
You see the exact artwork, at size, on tape, before anything reaches a press. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
Your print cylinder stays on our press. Every reorder skips setup entirely, and the design comes back identical.
Roll length, color count, annual volume and destination all move the number, so we quote yours rather than publish an average.
Split one approved run across several deliveries so you are not storing a year of tape, and we are not guessing at your calendar.
Drop in your logo and watch it land on a true-to-size 2″ strip, then on a real box. It takes about ten seconds and costs nothing. Bring the result straight into your quote request.
A PNG with a transparent background works best — we knock out a solid background for you. Vector is better still for production.

We’ll build the real proof from this file, at the exact print size and color count, and price your volume against it.
No charge and no commitment. Upload a logo above to enable this.
Printed tape does not exist until a cylinder is cut and a press is set up. A sample roll is a production run with a smaller name on it, which is why suppliers who send them have priced it into something else. We would rather put that money into the tape. Three things replace it, and the first two are free.
Scroll up to the preview above: your logo, tiled on a true-to-size strip and on a real box, in about ten seconds. No email, no form.
We prepare the production artwork ourselves, at the real repeat and color count, and send it back for approval. Three business days, no charge, no commitment.
The smallest quantity of real printed tape anyone can make you is an order. Ours start at 36 rolls, though 144 is the natural pilot size on the standard tiers: print setup is free from there and never charged again, so nothing is wasted when you scale up.
Volume, roll length, colors, destination and when you need it.
A free digital proof of your exact tape, ready to circulate internally.
Priced to your real configuration, landed, with shipping terms stated.
Printed to the approved artwork, then quality-checked before it ships.
No setup, no re-approval, same price. Your cylinder is already waiting.
Most of this category publishes a price and a photo and nothing else. If you are putting tape on a purchase order, you need more than that, so here it is up front.
Protected print: the ink sits between the film and the adhesive, not on the outside surface. It cannot scuff off in transit, which is the usual reason branded tape arrives looking second-hand.

Commercial-grade construction, built for a packing station and for consistent repeat production.
Run separate artwork per client under a single relationship, with each design held on file and replenished on its own cadence. If your clients are asking for branded packaging and you are quoting it out one job at a time, this is the version that scales.

576 rolls on a single approved design. Below that the standard online tiers of 36 to 216 rolls are the better buy, and they carry the same tape, the same free proof and the same construction.
No. We do not send samples, at any price, and we would rather tell you that plainly than take you round the houses. Printed tape does not exist until a cylinder is cut and a press is set up, so a sample roll is a production run with a smaller name on it. What you get instead is a free digital proof of your exact artwork, hand-prepared at the real print size and color count, and the option to order 144 rolls through the standard tiers as a pilot. Setup is free at that tier and never charged again, so nothing is wasted when you scale up.
Typically four to six weeks from artwork approval to delivery, including production and freight. For a recurring program we agree the schedule in advance and produce against it, so replenishment is planned rather than reactive.
It stays on our press, and it is never charged twice. Every reorder of that design skips setup entirely and reproduces the approved artwork exactly.
Yes. One and two color printing is standard and covers most logos well. Three or more is quoted free alongside your proof, since each additional color adds a cylinder and a press station.
No. The ink is applied to the film and then the adhesive is coated over it, so the print sits between the film and the glue rather than on the outer surface. Surface-printed tape, which is common at the cheap end, is the kind that arrives looking scratched.
Yes. US orders ship domestically, and international orders ship direct to your country, which is usually faster and cheaper than routing through US stock. Local import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility, as with any cross-border shipment.
Yes, and it is a good fit. Each client design is held separately on file with its own cylinder, quoted on its own volume, and replenished on its own cadence, under a single relationship on your side.
