Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Parcelry ("Parcelry," "we," "us," or "our") collects through getParcelry.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or requesting a proof or quote, you agree to this policy.
Information you give us
When you request a free proof, ask for a quote, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and the name of your business
- Email address and, if you provide it, phone number
- Your logo, artwork, and any design files or instructions you send us
- Order, billing, and shipping details
- The content of any messages you send us
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and working.
Advertising cookies. We use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us how many people reach this site from our ads and whether they go on to request a proof, and it lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited. It sets cookies and shares limited information with Meta, who may use it under their own privacy policy.
We send Meta the name of the action taken and the page it happened on. We never send your name, email address, phone number, business name, or anything you type into a form. You can control this in your Meta ad preferences, and most ad blockers and browser tracking protection settings will stop it entirely. Blocking it does not affect anything on this site.
How we use your information
- To prepare your free proof and an accurate quote
- To produce, process, and ship your order
- To communicate with you about your proof, order, or questions
- To keep records and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- To improve our products and service
We do not sell your personal information.
Your logo and artwork
Any logo, artwork, or design file you send is used only to create your proof and produce your order. We do not claim ownership of your artwork and we do not reuse it for any other customer or purpose.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, our form/email provider, our payment processor, and our printing and shipping partners. These providers may only use your information to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Payment information
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; the processor handles that securely under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, maintain business and tax records, and comply with the law. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from any non-essential emails at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and products are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
