Custom packing tape for coffee roasters

Custom logo packing tape for coffee roasters shipping bags and subscriptions. Kraft or white tape, your logo in 1 color, from 36 rolls with a free proof.

A roaster's box is small, heavy and opened within minutes of arriving, usually by someone who already loves the brand. The tape across the top is the only branding on the outside of most coffee shipments.

Why it matters for coffee roasters

What works on your boxes

Coffee boxes are small, so the logo repeat matters: a wordmark 2 to 3 inches long repeats two or three times across the lid of an 8 inch box. A single brand color on kraft-tone or clear tape is the right call at 36 or 72 rolls; add a second color from 72 rolls if your mark needs it. If you also ship wholesale to cafes, the same roll seals the big cartons and your logo rides into the cafe's back room.

How it works

  1. Upload your logo. Any file works. See it on a tape strip, on a box and on a doorstep in the free mockup tool, no signup.
  2. Get a free proof. A hand-checked digital proof at real print size within 3 business days. We adapt the logo for print at no charge.
  3. Approve and order. From 36 rolls per design. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
  4. Reorder in one line. The print cylinder stays on file: same price, no setup, no re-approval.

How much tape you use

A 110 yd roll seals roughly 140 small boxes, 110 medium or 80 large, taped top and bottom; one strip goes about twice as far. The table assumes your usual box size; the roll calculator does the exact math.

Pricing

The standard tiers are on the pricing table: 36, 72, 144 and 216 rolls per design, in 55 yd or 110 yd lengths, from $16.49 a roll (55 yd) and $20.49 (110 yd) at 36 rolls down to $13.49 and $17.49 at 216. Print setup is a one-time charge at 36 and 72 rolls and free from 144 rolls up; 216-roll orders ship free in the US. Prices shown are for a 1-color design: 36-roll orders print on clear or kraft tape, other tape colors start at 72 rolls at a small quoted extra, and 2-color designs start at 72 rolls with a one-time $299 two-color setup (free from 144 rolls). Founding customers get 15% more tape on every roll, free, on their first order.

Volume programs from 576 rolls are quoted to the configuration: roll length, color count, annual volume, delivery schedule and destination. Request volume pricing with your rough numbers.

Samples

We do not print sample rolls with your logo: printed tape does not exist until a cylinder is cut and a press is set up, so a sample costs what a small order costs. See your logo on the tape and on a box in the free mockup tool, then approve a free proof at real print size before anything is printed.

Upload it, look at it on a doorstep, then ask for the free proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Questions coffee roasters ask

Is 36 rolls too many for a small roastery?

36 rolls of 110 yd seal about 5,000 small boxes. A roastery shipping 300 boxes a month uses roughly 2 or 3 rolls a month, so 36 rolls lasts about a year, which is the right first order. Reorders carry no setup fee.

Does the tape hold on a heavy coffee box?

Yes. It is the same 2 mil BOPP with acrylic adhesive that commercial shippers use, on a 3 inch core for a standard tape gun. Tape both the top and bottom seams on boxes over about 10 lb.

Can the tape match our bag color?

The ink is matched to your brand color. Film choices are clear, white, kraft-tone and a few colors; kraft-tone tape with a dark ink is the usual roaster look.

How fast can we get it?

A free proof within 3 business days, then about 3 to 4 weeks from approval for the first run. Reorders of the same design skip the proof.
